Returns & Exchanges

At Lupo Bianco Suits, we want you to feel confident in your tailoring; if your suit doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Suit

  Carefully place the suit, original hangers, and garment bags into the shipping box to ensure the fabric remains pristine during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned garment, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
